* Maintains a Member Services Office that provides the following to local Goodwill agencies via membership agreements:

* Public relations and national media services

* Legal legislation services

* Accounting support

* Standards and branding for local Goodwills

* Assistance in professional program development

* Troubleshooting for industrial services

* Recruitment, training and placement of executives nationally (with limited authority)
