COVID-19 Update: Store & Donation Center Openings

UPDATED MAY 28: All Goodwill Industries of Monocacy Valley Retail Stores and Donation Centers are open.

New store hours are 10am-6pm daily at all locations with 50% reduced capacity allowed in the stores.

All shoppers, employees and anyone else entering the store must wear a face mask covering both their nose and mouth while in the building. We also ask that you practice social distancing of at least 6 feet from others and do not gather in large groups on the sales floor. Anyone not properly using a face mask or not practicing social distancing may be asked to leave.

What We’re Doing

We’ve been busy cleaning, installing safety equipment and implementing new procedures such as cleaning carts between uses to ensure we are ready to safely welcome back our team and shoppers.

All donation centers will be open on Friday, May 29, 10am-6pm daily. All donation areas remain contactless, which means it is up to the donor to unload their vehicles and place donations in the designated bins or areas. View a list of items we can accept on our What Can I Donate page. You may print a donation receipt by going to www.goodwillmv.org/donate/receipt.

We appreciate your patience in the donation areas as this process takes a little more time to get through while maintaining social distancing. Please help us keep our employees safe by following directions and waiting your turn.

Our eCommerce operations are open and you can shop our inventory on shopgoodwill.com, eBay and Amazon from the comfort of your home.

Workforce Development services continue to operate on a limited basis.
